Warranty

 

 

Jewelry - Each piece of jewelry (excluding Kendra Scott) purchased comes with a 1 year warranty to protect against manufacturer defects. Gold ‘N Visions does not warranty against abuse or normal wear and tear.
 

Watches - Each watch is covered under their specific manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranties cover watch movement only. Items such a bracelet/strap,
case, crown, crystal and battery are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Electronics - Products are covered for a period of 1 year from date of purchase against
manufacturer defect. Warranties do not protect against damage due to exposure, water or abuse. Screen damage and DRM forfeiture are not protected. Please refer to warranty
documentation enclosed with the product.  Apple and Amazon products must be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Purses - Covered under manufacturer defects only and not normal wear and tear.

Exchange / Return

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact.

 

Electronic products must be returned to manufacturer specifications and any/all passwords or personal information removed from the devices. All documentation and original manufacturer packaging must be included.

Fragrance products must be returned unused and in original packaging.

​

Purse or wallets must be returned in original and unused condition.
